The room was extremely spacious and huge, with a separate bathroom. the breakfast was really tasty with pastries and many different cakes. - Central location adjacent to La Guardia and the seafront, greatly enjoyed it.

Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in A Guarda. The hotel was reasonably clean and the breakfast was savoury and rich. The location was quiet and the private parking was on site. I found good Ribeirina restaurant steps away from the property, had the brunch there. I had fully-equipped room with three French windows and a comfortable bed, as example. Very amiable and genuinely helpful staff did a great job.

The staff were a little disorganised, didn't expect that coming.

Perfectly clean and unique place, very amiable and especially helpful stuff. Private parking and savoury and rich breakfast with pastries and many different cakes, as example. Ideal setting, next to numerous cafes and restaurants and stores. Also, near fantastic beaches in both Spain & Portugal.

Beds were small.

The location here is amazing with breathtaking views near the fascinating Castro de Santa Trega ruins and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant was PLEASANT with good food and equally friendly staff.

Quiet and best possible location in A Guarda right by the water front, several nice restauarants and restaurants. Fully-equipped and brand-new rooms with a strong WiFi, a lounge, and a couch.

The location of this place was gorgeous, within walking distance to a church and a monastery, the newly decorated superior queen room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, and the local staff was fantastic.

Great location! It's smack dab in the city center, super convenient. Plus, you're just a stone's throw away from the seafront and those awesome ruins at Castro de Santa Trega.

Super clean and one-of-a-kind spot with super friendly and super helpful staff. Lots of great food choices available. They even have parking here! 🚗

The hotel was perfectly clean and the staff were very amiable and genuinely helpful. The view of the Atlantic Ocean was absolutely brilliant. The fully-equipped room had comfortable beds, a mini bar, central heating, and a television. The hotel is in a central location, just a short stroll away from Puerto de la Guardia, and is next door to fantastic beaches in both Spain and Portugal.

Fantastic location for exploring nearby restaurants and bars on foot.

We were amazed by the beauty of the historic building and the attention to detail in the restoration. The complimentary port and homemade biscuits were a lovely touch. The location, right on the harbour and near restaurants, was perfect. The comfortable mattresses and amazing shower made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast in the courtyard, with locally sourced food, was a delightful experience. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had a peaceful stay in a very nice historic hotel in A Guarda. The venue's location was central, close to the seafront and near many restaurants as well as the bay and the town center. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide array of good meals.
